Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can manage or cancel your SharpMarketplace memberships. Because we only sell digital products and memberships, there are no physical shipments or delivery delays.
1. Subscriptions (memberships)
When you purchase a membership, you subscribe to a recurring plan (monthly or yearly) that gives you access to our digital design library. Your chosen plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Your payment details are stored securely by our payment providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal) and you will be charged at the start of each new billing period, unless you cancel beforehand.
2. How to cancel your membership
You can cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation, you will keep access to your membership until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew again.
You can cancel by:
- using the subscription management link in your order / subscription emails; or
- logging into your customer account (if available) and managing your subscription; or
- contacting us at contact@sharp-marketplace.com.
3. Effect of cancellation
Cancelling a membership stops future renewals and charges. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already processed.
Because our products are digital and provide instant access, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only offered in limited cases (such as duplicate purchases), as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Changes to your subscription
If you wish to change your plan (for example, upgrade or downgrade), please contact us before the next renewal date, or use the subscription management options if available.
5. Pre-orders and “try before you buy”
We currently do not offer pre-orders or “try before you buy” purchases. All products and memberships are delivered as digital items upon successful payment.
