Licensing Terms
At SharpMarketplace, every design comes with a licence that allows personal or commercial use, depending on the product, membership, or licence upgrade you purchase.
This page explains what you are allowed to do, what is not allowed, how sales limits work, and how licensing applies to single purchases, memberships, Lifetime access, and the Unlimited Commercial Licence Upgrade.
By purchasing or downloading any product from SharpMarketplace, you agree to the licence terms below.
1. What you are allowed to do
You may use SharpMarketplace designs to create and sell physical end products, subject to the licence terms included with your purchase or membership.
Examples of allowed physical end products include:
• T-shirts
• Hoodies and sweatshirts
• Tote bags
• Mugs
• Tumblers
• Stickers
• Posters
• Apparel and merchandise
• Other printed physical products
Your sales limit, platform permissions, and usage rights depend on the licence tier you have.
2. What is not allowed
No matter which SharpMarketplace licence you have, the following is never allowed:
• Reselling the digital file as-is
• Sharing, gifting, or redistributing the digital file
• Uploading the file to any marketplace as a digital download
• Including the file in freebies, bundles, memberships, giveaway packs, PLR products, or MRR products
• Claiming the design as your own original artwork
• Transferring the licence to another person, business, or account
• Sublicensing the files to third parties
All licences are granted to one customer / one business only and are non-transferable.
You are purchasing a licence to use the design, not ownership of the artwork itself.
3. Single Product Licence
When you purchase a design individually, your purchase includes a Single Product Commercial Licence.
Included rights
• Personal use
• Commercial use on physical end products
• Up to 500 physical product sales per design
• Use on Etsy, Shopify, and your own website
Not included
• POD marketplaces such as Amazon Merch, Redbubble, Society6, and similar platforms
• Resale or redistribution of the digital files
This licence applies only to the specific design purchased.
4. Starter Membership Licence
Designs downloaded through the Starter Membership include a Starter Commercial Licence.
Included rights
• Access to the full design library while your membership is active
• Up to 1,000 physical product sales per design
• Use on Etsy, Shopify, and your own website
Not included
• POD marketplaces such as Amazon Merch, Redbubble, Society6, and similar platforms
• Resale or redistribution of the digital files
Important
Any design downloaded while your Starter Membership is active remains licensed to you even after your membership ends.
If your membership is cancelled or expires, you lose access to future downloads, but you keep the licence rights for any files you already downloaded legally during your active membership period.
5. Pro Membership Licence
Designs downloaded through the Pro Membership include a Pro Commercial Licence.
Included rights
• Access to the full design library while your membership is active
• Up to 2,500 physical product sales per design
• Use on Etsy, Shopify, your own website, and POD marketplaces
Examples of POD marketplaces may include:
• Amazon Merch
• Redbubble
• Society6
• Similar print-on-demand marketplaces
Not included
• Resale or redistribution of the digital files
Important
Any design downloaded while your Pro Membership is active remains licensed to you even after your membership ends.
If your membership is cancelled or expires, you lose access to future downloads, but you keep the licence rights for any files you already downloaded legally during your active membership period.
6. Lifetime Licence
The Lifetime plan includes your highest standard licence tier.
Included rights
• Lifetime access to the SharpMarketplace library
• Unlimited downloads
• Unlimited commercial use on physical end products
• Unlimited sales per design
• Use on all supported platforms, including POD marketplaces
• Licence terms locked in for the products covered under your Lifetime access
Not included
• Resale or redistribution of the digital files
Lifetime gives you the broadest standard access and usage rights available at SharpMarketplace.
7. Unlimited Commercial Licence Upgrade
The Unlimited Commercial Licence Upgrade is a separate account-level licence upgrade.
It is designed for customers who want broader commercial rights beyond the standard per-design sales limits.
Included rights
• Unlimited commercial use on physical end products
• Removes standard sales limits for eligible products covered by this upgrade
• Applies to designs legally purchased or downloaded through your SharpMarketplace account, according to the terms of the product at the time of purchase
• Valid for one business / one account only
Not included
• Resale, sharing, redistribution, or sublicensing of the digital files
• Transfer of rights to another person, brand, company, or account
• Rights to files obtained outside SharpMarketplace
Important
The Unlimited Commercial Licence Upgrade is a usage-rights upgrade only.
It does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
If you want this product to apply only to products obtained up to the date of purchase, keep that stated clearly in the product description as well. If you want it to apply to future eligible products too, that should also be stated clearly and consistently across the site.
8. Platform use by licence

Unlimited Commercial Licence Upgrade
Platform rights depend on the exact terms of that product.
If POD marketplace rights are included, that must be stated clearly in the product description.
If POD marketplace rights are not included, customers must not use the designs on POD marketplaces unless they have a licence tier that expressly allows it.
9. Sales limits summary
• Single Product Licence: up to 500 physical product sales per design
• Starter Membership: up to 1,000 physical product sales per design
• Pro Membership: up to 2,500 physical product sales per design
• Lifetime: unlimited sales per design
• Unlimited Commercial Licence Upgrade: unlimited sales for eligible covered products, according to the terms of that upgrade
Sales limits apply per design, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. Membership rule: what happens after cancellation
Any design downloaded while your membership is active remains licensed to you even after your membership ends.
This means:
• designs downloaded during an active Starter Membership remain covered by the Starter Licence
• designs downloaded during an active Pro Membership remain covered by the Pro Licence
• once your membership ends, you no longer have access to new downloads
• cancelling a membership does not remove the licence rights for files already downloaded legally during the active membership period
This rule applies only to files that were properly downloaded through your account while your membership was active.
11. Physical end products only
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SharpMarketplace licences cover physical end products only.
SharpMarketplace licences do not grant the right to:
• resell the design as a digital file
• distribute the file in editable or non-editable form
• upload the file as a digital product on Etsy, Creative Market, Design Bundles, or similar marketplaces
• include the file inside another digital product, template, resource pack, or download bundle
12. One business / one account only
Each purchase, membership, or licence upgrade is valid for one business / one account only.
You may not share your rights or downloaded files with:
• another business owner
• another Etsy shop
• another Shopify store owner outside your business
• a separate company
• a client
• a friend or partner using a different business
If multiple businesses want to use the same designs, each business must obtain its own valid licence.
13. Copyright and ownership
All artwork remains the intellectual property of SharpMarketplace.
Purchasing a design, membership, or licence upgrade gives you a licence to use the artwork, not ownership of the artwork itself.
SharpMarketplace retains all copyright and ownership rights in the original files and artwork.
14. Need broader rights?
If your business grows beyond your current licence tier, you may upgrade your rights through one of the following options:
• purchase a Membership
• upgrade from Starter to Pro
• purchase the Unlimited Commercial Licence Upgrade
• purchase Lifetime access for the broadest access and usage rights
15. FAQ
Can I sell physical products using SharpMarketplace designs?
Yes. You may sell physical end products as long as your use stays within the licence terms included with your purchase or membership.
Can I resell the PNG, AI, SVG, ZIP, or any source file?
No. Reselling or redistributing digital files is never allowed.
Can I use designs on Etsy?
Yes. Etsy is allowed under Single Product, Starter, Pro, and Lifetime.
Can I use designs on Shopify or my own website?
Yes. Shopify and your own website are allowed under Single Product, Starter, Pro, and Lifetime.
Can I use designs on Amazon Merch, Redbubble, or Society6?
Only if your licence includes POD marketplace rights, such as Pro or Lifetime, or if those rights are explicitly included in your Unlimited Commercial Licence Upgrade.
Are sales limits counted per design or total?
Sales limits are counted per design, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Do I lose my licence if I cancel my membership?
No. Any design downloaded legally while your membership was active remains licensed to you under the terms of your plan at the time of download.
You simply lose access to future downloads once the membership ends.
Does the Unlimited Commercial Licence Upgrade give me ownership of the artwork?
No. It only upgrades your usage rights. SharpMarketplace still owns the artwork.
Can I share downloaded files with my VA, designer, or production partner?
Only within your own business for the purpose of creating your finished products. You may not share, resell, or distribute the files outside your own business.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any SharpMarketplace product, membership, or licence upgrade, you agree to these licence terms.
